By playing TopBall at topball.eu you agree to these terms.

The game

TopBall is free to play. It is offered as it is, without guarantees: the server may restart, go offline or change without notice, and matches in progress may be lost.

Play fair

• No cheating, bots, hacks or exploiting bugs to gain points or coins.
• No insults, harassment, hate speech or spam in chat or in nicknames.
• Do not try to overload, attack or break the server.

We may reset points or coins, or remove accounts and nicknames that break these rules.

Coins and shirts

Coins are earned by playing ranked matches and selling community designs, and can only buy shirts and emotes inside the game. They cannot be sold, exchanged or turned into money, and they have no value outside TopBall.

Community designs

Signed-in players can create shirts and emotes. Every design is checked by a moderator before anyone else can see it.

• Nothing offensive, hateful, violent or sexual, and no personal information.
• Only send work you made yourself: no logos, brands, photos or drawings from other people.
• By sending a design you confirm you have the right to use it and you let TopBall show it and sell it in the game shop for coins. The creator gets 30 % of the coins of every sale.
• Moderators can reject or remove any design, and accounts that keep breaking these rules can be removed.

If you see a design that breaks these rules or uses your work, press Report on it in the Community tab of the shop and a moderator will review it.

Your account

You can sign in with Google or Discord and delete your account at any time from the start screen. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change this page and the date above.
